Dave Lindahl Review

David (Dave) Lindahl is known as the “The King of Apartment House Investing”.

Dave’s apartment house real estate investing boot camp is good. Even if you are an experienced apartment building owner, you will probably still learn a lot. David goes over many industry standard figures you should look for when analyzing a real estate investment, so you can make sure the operational figures the current owner provides make sense. He also covers the tricks-of-the-trade for dealing with your property management company and pretty much everything else about apartment house real estate investing from start to finish.

Dave is one of the guys in the real estate teaching "guru" industry that still does what he teaches. As a matter-of-fact he sometimes does it while he is teaching. It just seems to work out this way from time to time. Since he is actively purchasing apartment complexes, sometimes deals close and paperwork needs signing during the week of his real estate investing boot camps. It is a good bonus learning experience to watch him sign the paperwork on real deals, especially for new investors real estate investors.

Dave also does deals with his students. Again if you a new real estate investor this is great. But he really does teach his students how to purchase and manage apartment complexes on-their-own, including how to raise the money.
