Kris Kirschner teaches the AutopilotTM System of real estate
investing. It is one of the easiest to understand step-by-step real
estate investing home study courses on the market. The manual is
laid out to follow along as you listen to the CDs. It is
comprehensive but simple to follow.
Kris’s real estate investing course covers all of the different
buying strategies from straight owner finance on free and clear
houses to buying “subject to” the existing financing on houses with
little equity. He also covers the various selling methods depending
on how much the tenant/buyer has as a deposit/down payment such as
lease option, bond for title/contract for deed, carrying back a
first or second mortgage.
He has all of the forms and software included in the course. After
the first year, there is an annual fee for the software but if you
are doing any deals, the yearly fee should not be an issue.
His forms a pretty good. Depending on the language of your state’s
landlord tenant law you may need to make some changes to a few of
them but that is the case with any real estate courses unless it is
state specific. But he does not just include the legal forms; he has
lot of printouts for his students to give buyers and seller that
explain different part of the process very well and look very
professional. |
